Yoga days turn out reliable better with an early morning practice in the pocket Zoom yoga into the day to sparkle your bright light with me Thursdays. Be warmly welcomed to a relaxedly activating and energising yoga class live online via zoom each Thursday morning. An opportunity for a sacred appointment with oneself, diving into the day bright and smooth. Zoom class recordings become available 20 min after class, and are available for 7 days, should you be unable to be there live, and to retake class another day.
