You are warmly invited to this beautiful choreograph of Spiritually Guided Sacred Healing Spaces. Day of Divine Sacred Healing, Rebalancing, Re-Awaking and Rejuvenating gives the unique opportunity to receive Personal Psychic Reflections and Guidance whilst experiencing delicious Somatic yoga, Shaking and Movement bathed in Sound from the ancient Drums, Didgeridoo, Voice and Sound Activation. We shall use Voice and Sound to shed our energetic winter coat and activate our Psychic Senses, Heart Connection and Spiritual Guidance / Connection. Its time to recalibrate, revitalise and shine ! All of these Self Empowering, morning activating Yang movement, and afternoon Restorative Yin sessions will be comfortable for everyone from beginners to seasoned journeyers.
