About the Class

Be invited to experience deep inner peace as we explore ways to release tension and stress through movement, togetherness and a nourishing home-made organic meal and fIka. Approaching the unapproachable via sharing, gentle moves, meditation, stillness, tapping and sound love. Share to care, release to lift up and heal. It maybe an injury or illness preventing our regular routine; a relationship completing its cycle; live transitions that affect us; a departed loved one; 'lost job' or unfulfilled expectation... All of those, can be a reason to grieve. Grieving is universal, and creating space for it, a tool to let us move on and transform pain into gentle acceptance..... We will share joyous and sincere moments, reflection and integration time, as well as delicious nutritious home-made organic food. This sacred sharing will be comfortable for everyone from beginners to seasoned journeyers.
