Cranio Sacral Therapy is a gentle, effective way to resolve stress, dis-ease, pain, tension and blockages from your physical, emotional and mental body.
It enables to access a deep state of relaxation, restores healthy body function and movement, and balances your energetic system. It helps to restore well-being, balance and grounded-ness, as well as vitality. Craniosacral Therapy is suitable for aiding and speeding up healing processes after injury, illness and accidents, as well as aiding to resolve nervous system related issues and trauma. It works well for any age group, from babies to elderly, as well as for animals.

60 min for 1100 SEK
90 min for 1600 SEK
120 min for 2100 SEK
Shoulder, Neck & Head massage with Craniosacral Touch
45 min for 850 SEK
60 min for 1100 SEK
Your first session ideally is 90 mins + to allow time for anamnesis and treatment. You are welcome to try a 60 min session first should you prefer.
Follow up sessions from 60 min to 2.5 hours.

From 950 SEK (in person/ online). Bookable in CLASSES section.
Cancellation Policy
We are happy to refund cancellations at full cost up to 10 days before session start. Cancellations later than that are charged at 50% of the session cost. The full session cost (100%) is charged for cancellations made less than 8 days before session start, unless we can fill your place. (Administration charge applies).
To bring
Please come in comfortable clothes, without jewellery/hair items, and bring warm layers & socks. Body tends to cool down and wants to stay warm on your way home. It is advisable to take rest after and hydrate well (herbal tea, water).
